Common Questions
What if there’s trash on the ground?
We'll pick up a few stray pieces so your property still looks good — that's just part of the visit. If it's more than a stray piece or two (a torn bag, overflow, that kind of thing), we can usually clean it up on the spot for a small added fee ($25-50 with text before and after photos) rather than leaving it and making it your problem.
Where do I have to leave my cans?
Wherever makes sense for your property — side yard, behind a gate, under the stairs. If there’s a gate lock, just give us the code, and we'll make sure your cans are rolled out for pickup and safely back in place afterward, every time.
When are you coming to my neighborhood?
We launch neighborhood by neighborhood, and we need enough properties close together to run an efficient route. Drop your address and we'll add you to the list for your area and reach out as soon as we're rolling there.
Will this interfere with my cleaner or guests?
Not at all. Your cleaners and guests just need to toss trash in the bins — we handle everything from there.
